Annual General Meeting
Annual General Meetings are not automatically compulsory anymore, however, they are an excellent opportunity, mostly in larger developments, to inform leaseholders about the activities carried out by the Directors and the managing agent, to create a two-way conversation around future plans, and for them to discuss any questions with the Directors and managing agent.
Our role in facilitating this incorporates selecting a venue, distributing calling notices, agendas, and any supporting documents.
At the meeting, we will ensure that formal business such as the appointment of accountants, approval of accounts and re-appointment of Directors is voted on in the correct form. We will also update the leaseholders of any issues that might have incurred during the year.
Following the meeting, we will prepare detailed minutes and circulate them to leaseholders after the meeting.
